The SANCTUARIUM offers first-rate amenities and state-of-the-art equipment. The building is fully air-conditioned. At the lobby is the reception area supported by a fully computerized database and concierge services. Aside from a big universal chapel and a Buddhist temple, twenty eight (28) fully air-conditioned vigil chapels (with family room that has toilet & bath that are comparable to those of a five-star hotel) located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are also available to accommodate simultaneous three-day wakes prior to the cremation of the dead. From the 5th floor to the upper garden deck, there are about 110,000 perpetual ash vaults that are computer-controlled and fully air-conditioned. They are conveniently accessible thru the most modern escalators and scenic elevators. Fire exits and stairs are also strategically located in case of emergencies.
Other amenities found in the SANCTUARIUM include a flower shop, a coffee shop, a meditation-inspired garden perfect for tranquil self-reflection and contemplation, and an audio-visual library where, for a nominal fee, an archived video recording of the deceased may be viewed by those left behind.
As part of its thrust for excellence, the SANCTUARIUM provides ample parking spaces in its four (4) basement levels – the one and only guarded basement parking for mourners in the area – another advantage as opposed to the open parking of present wake service-providers or funeral parlors along Araneta Avenue. It has a round-the-clock security system, a wide range of choices for viewing caskets, and an option to bring home the perpetual urns during special occasions.
